Return bike

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused bike within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

1. Fill in the form to return the bike.
2. After completing the form, you will receive an email with a DPD label
3. Pack the bike back in the Sava safe box. We do not accept returned bikes in any other packaging, as the bike may be damaged in transit.
4. Stick the DPD label on the Save safe box and wait to be contacted by the carrier.
5. Hand the bike to the DPD driver.
6. We will let you know as soon as your shipment arrives. The shipment will then be checked for the accuracy of the information provided. If everything is in order, we will refund you the full amount for the listed items as quickly as possible using the payment details provided and the refund is complete. Please note that it may take 2-5 working days to process and refund. If during the checking of your return we find that any of the items registered for return are missing or damaged, we will contact you.
